Coffee without sugar does no good – Digikar

Scientists from Spain came to the conclusion that coffee must be drunk with sugar – this is the only way to improve brain function.

A number of studies were conducted in which 40 volunteers took part. As a result of the experiments, it turned out that caffeine, getting into interaction with glucose, increases the activity of the parts of the brain responsible for the ability to concentrate, increase mindfulness and memory.

Neuropsychologists from Spain also found that coffee with added sugar significantly improves a person’s cognitive abilities if he gets into conditions where it is necessary to constantly be in attention and use memory to the maximum.

At the same time, if you deprive coffee of sugar, the drink becomes completely useless.

Also a little earlier, experts from Harvard University completed a study involving 200,000 volunteers, which lasted for 16 years. As it turned out, coffee can almost halve the risk of suicide. This ability of caffeine can be explained by the fact that it helps produce hormones such as dopamine and serotonin, and they are known to be a kind of antidepressant.
