Niantic and Pokémon GO have been in the news for many consecutive weeks and not for positive reasons.
This time it has come to something personal. A content creator has denounced that he is receiving all kinds of insults and personal threats for having decided to continue playing Pokémon GO and not join the strike that a part of the community has created as one of the measures to make Niantic reconsider its latest decisions in the game.
Is about FleeceKing who is in charge of creating Pokémon GO content on Twitch, has shared on Twitter some of the messages he receives daily:
This has gone way too far now and I’m very hurt. Encouraging me to suicide, saying I don’t have a real job, mocking my life & people who support me all because I bought a ticket to a in person Go Fest. These DMs and comments are extremely hurtful and I need a break. #PokemonGO pic.twitter.com/NV4CIzfW6k
