The researchers concluded that oatmeal can be eaten for a maximum of two weeks, then it is worth taking a break. The reason for everything is phytic acid, which is part of the porridge. It delays the absorption of calcium into the intestinal wall and is able to wash it out of human bones.

But doctors are also sure that one should not completely forget about oatmeal, because it contains many valuable trace elements and vitamins that the body needs.
