All participants were engaged in the same sports: aerobics, water aerobics, basketball, swimming, volleyball, football, cycling and running. Only some did it in nature – in different locations, more or less distant from the city limits. Others practiced in the gym.

After training, the participants filled out a questionnaire, noting changes in their mood. It turned out that the further away from the city a stressed person is, the faster his nervous system calms down. The most striking changes were observed in the mood of those volunteers who did not see a single multi-storey building or a single car during the training.

In general, this only once again confirms the benefits of fresh air and sports for physical and emotional health. And in tandem, they really work wonders. Therefore, while the weather still allows, move your sports activities to fresh air.
