IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2024-25 Phase vacancies

  1. Manager – Grade-B: 46 vacancies (UR-19, EWS-4, OBC-12, SC-8, ST-3), Age: 25-35 years, Experience: 4 years
    1. Risk Management: 3 vacancies   
    2. Fraud Risk Management: 4 vacancies   
    3. Infrastructure Management Department (IMD) – Premises: 4 vacancies   
    4. Security: 04 vacancies  
    5. Corporate Credit/ Retail Banking (including Retail Credit): 31 vacancies  
  2. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade-C: 39 vacancie(UR-16, EWS-4, OBC-10, SC-4, ST-5), Age: 28-40 years, Experience: 7 years
    1. Audit (Information System): 4 vacancies 
    2. Risk Management: 5 vacancies   
    3. Fraud Risk Management: 4 vacancies   
    4. Corporate Credit/ Retail Banking (including Retail Credit): 25 vacancies
    5. Infrastructure Management Department (IMD) – Premises: 1 vacancies  
  3. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade-D: 01 vacancies, Age: 35-45 years, Experience: 10 years
    1. Fraud Risk Management: 1 vacancies   

Pay Scales

  • Deputy General Manager, Grade ‘D’ – ₹76010-89890 (7 years)
  • Assistant General Manager, Grade ‘C’ – ₹63840-78230 (8 years)
  • Manager – Grade ‘B’ – ₹48170-69810 (12 years)


Selection Procedure

The selection process for recruitments of Specialist Officers in IDBI Bank for the year 2024-25  will comprise of preliminary screening of stipulated eligibility criteria of Age, Educational Qualifications and working experience etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form and documents in support. The Candidature after preliminary screening and without verification of documents would be provisional for all Posts/ Grades and would be subject to verification with the originals. The candidates will be called for Group Discussion and /or Personal
Interview (PI).
