Nutritionists have named the healthiest cheese – micetimes.asia

Nutritionists have called cheddar cheese one of the healthiest cheeses. And also it is a good protection against caries.

According to experts, cheddar cheese contains a high concentration of nutrients that a person needs. This cheese is rich in calcium and protein. Therefore, it should be included in your daily diet.

And it does not matter at all in what form this cheese will be present on your table: whether it is pasta with cheese or cheese soup – the benefits of this cheese will be the same. Nutritionists note that this cheese stimulates the production of saliva, which in turn helps to neutralize the acid that destroys teeth.

Cheddar, due to its low lactose content, is suitable for those people who suffer from lactose intolerance.

However, this cheese also has contraindications, and therefore people suffering from headaches should limit their consumption of cheddar cheese. The whole reason is tyramine, which is able to constrict blood vessels, as well as influence the processes of inhibition and excitation in the nervous system.
