Shocking claim about Twitter employee! He was accused of aiding a Saudi Arabian spy!


A new report Twitter revealed a shocking allegation about his employee. Former employee of the company Saudi Arabia accused of aiding his spy. It looks like this person faces possible jail time in the US if the charges are confirmed.

According to a Bloomberg report, a former Twitter employee allegedly helped Saudi Arabia spy on critics. Also, a jury in San Francisco, U.S. resident Ahmad AbouammoHe was found guilty of serving as a Saudi Arabian agent.

The jury also alleged that conspiracy attempts were made to falsify records, launder money and commit electronic fraud. According to prosecutors, Abouammo received a bribe in 2015 from a key aide to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Bader Al Asaker.

These bribes were taken in exchange for sensitive account information that could be used to monitor and silence dissidents. As of now, Abouammo faces around 10 to 20 years in prison. Former company employee refuses to comment on the matter. Specifically, this case raised concerns about the potential of staff working on the social media giant’s platforms. Despite companies like Twitter claiming that their employees have limited data access, these employees have the power to potentially misuse their account information. This means a problem in terms of privacy and security.
