The best place in the house for sex according to experts – Digikar

Doctor Shahzadi Harper, who specializes in hormonal health and menopause, calls the kitchen the perfect place for sex.

After all The kitchen has everything you need to be both comfortable and useful: a table and chairs. It is sexual intercourse on a table or on a chair that will be the most effective for burning calories.

Research confirms: in half an hour of making love on these surfaces, a woman can lose 69 calories, a man – 101. The best positions: the partner lies on the tabletop, the man stands. Or the partner sits on a chair, and the woman is on top.

However, in order for sex to bring only pleasant sensations and not cause seething in the stomach, it is better not to go to it immediately after eating, the doctor notes.

So the bed is far from the only and not the most “fat-burning” place for making love.
