TUNIC: Its creator felt this wrong during development

There is no doubt that Tunic has become one of the best-known indie games in the world.

But it is true that during the first weeks of its launch they only received derogatory words about it being a simple Zelda clone; until people actually played Tunic and discovered that the game went much further.

Tunic is already on almost all available platformsmillions of people have been able to enjoy it, and the game offers endless possibilities. Its main developer, Andrew Shouldice is very happy with the resultbut it is true that during development he was very worried.

I was 100 percent convinced for most of development time that I had made a terrible mistake. But he at the same time thought that it could work well, but he had many doubts.

In the end everyone is enjoying the game and that makes it wonderful.

This is not something isolated, many developers have many doubts during the development process. Some even go so far as to cancel the project. Luckily it has not been the case of Tunic.
