WebWork Tracker – tracks employees effectively

If you are employer or team manager, you may need to monitor the work-related activity of your employees or subordinates, especially in the case of remote work. For this purpose there is specialized software solutions that can help you achieve the desired effect with the least effort.

The WebWork Tracker app, as its name suggests, allows a boss to monitor employee activity using features like screenshots at any time you want or at certain intervals, recording keystrokes and the number of mouse clicks.

WebWork Tracker comes with support for three account types – owner, employee and manager – and requires Java to run. Installation is simple, after which the application is automatically integrated into the taskbar, from where the main functions are accessible.

The application is logged in by entering credentials. The interface consists of a minimalistic menu that allows you to start and stop the recording process, and also gives you access to the “Reports and Screenshots” sections and web-based dashboard.

After clicking the specified buttons, the web interface of the application starts in the default browser. No matter what experience you have, it won’t be difficult to get to grips with the basic functions.

By scrolling through the sections at the top of the web interface, you can directly access comprehensive reports on screenshots and employee activity.

The WebWork Tracker tool is suitable for tracking the activity of small and medium teams. Since it is Java-based, you are in no way hindered by the limitations of Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

In addition, the application does not support automatic reports by email, there is no integration with social media or communication services to quickly share information. There are also no analogues for iOS and Android, but it offers full XLS supportwhich means you can export reports to Excel spreadsheets.

In conclusion, WebWork Tracker offers a good balance between a huge number of features and simplicity, making it a suitable tool for tracking the activity of small or medium-sized teams.
